No store does more than H-E-B, so it was only fitting I stayed busy during my time there. Initially hired in a content marketing role focused on elevating the brand’s standing as a digital thought leader, COVID changed my position’s course. After working closely with marketing on social customer response, I migrated to content strategy for internal tools, working with a lean team to revamp and streamline processes in the Supply Chain logistics space.
